Understanding instructor was able to tailor the class to my needs (my pregnancy), small class size, welcoming staff, clean.
River was excellent and I loved the theme of every body shape accepted I have some body image issues as everyone else does and I felt very good to see the shirts with that as a major theme and support.
Shannon is amazing and it was fun learning all the new equipment.
