Shannon did a wonderful job explaining teaching the class. She was upbeat and explained every step of the way. She made the class enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for more of Shannon's class.

I love how welcoming the Pharm is---Everyone is SO nice! The exercise classes available are awesome (Barre, Yoga, Pilates.. my faves!) and the studio is very cute, clean, and unpretentious.
