• I had the best experience at Spotted Dog Yoga! Being a beginner, I was really hoping for a welcoming, non-intimidating environment and SDY exceeded my expectations. From the minute I walked through the door I felt like I was part of a community; the staff and members all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
