• Spotted Dog Yoga has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nick Clark (teacher) went out of his way to introduce himself to me and made me feel right at home. I drove up from downtown Sacramento for the hip-hop yoga class and I wasn't disappointed! If I lived closer It would be my home studio
