• There are so many wonderful things to say about this beautiful and soulful spotted dog! I registered online with ease and showed up to my first class a little apprehensive because I am new to yoga. I immediately felt welcome as I was greeted by friendly smiles and some familiar faces. I was offered a yoga towel (I was so glad to have that!) and the class itself challenged me in every way I was hoping for. The instructors are easy to learn from, highly experienced and I felt comfortable the entire time. I am learning many new things and challenging myself more and more with each class. They have a class at 5:45 am which is perfect for me to squeeze in a workout before my long day at work, this starts my day off positive and with a happy heart.
