• Yesterday I visited Spotted Dog Yoga for the first time and attended their 90 minute Restorative Yoga class! Oh gosh.... I loved it. It was grounding, relaxing and set me up for my training week. If you are too busy and don't find the time to stretch... put this class in your diary it's easy peasy... and they have blankets and pillows truly delightful.

• Spotted Dog Yoga has a fun and friendly vibe. The energy when you walk in the door is great. It just feels fun. The hot workouts are really intense, but also a lot of fun. It is a great addition to my workout routine.
