• Very friendly and professional teachers! Easy access to schedule on your phone.The clasess are energizing and short. You will sweat and can get your workout done in 45 min. The scedule provides a variety of different classes throughout the whole day. And last but not least, the stodio is very clean and just adorable! You won't regret stopping by Spotted Dog Yoga.
