• Fabulous Power Yoga Soft with Kristen. This is the yoga of the future: slower paced, warm (not hot) room., basic yoga moves. Truly more therapeutic and restorative. Love it!

• I have known Nick and Katie for 5 years and I'm happy they have embarked on their yoga journey as a couple! I am excited to get to learn from them and their talented teachers a few times a week. I love the community Spotted Dog has created. Everyone, new or experienced in yoga should give Spotted Dog a try!
