At Spotted Dog you are welcomed with big smiles, high-fives and a genuine "Hello, how are you?" They truly are one of a kind. For the first time, in a long time, I feel "at home" in my yoga practice. • Katie and Nick have created an amazing yoga studio. The facility is top notch and clean to boot. The instructors all have an amazing passion and joy and share it with their classes. This is not a quiet studio - it is filled with laughter and yogis interacting - which creates a community of its own. I would highly recommend SDY to new and experienced yogis. This is a studio is full of real people who want to "Play Hard and Love Big".
