The yoga nidra class I attended was very relaxing and restorative. Soulfit is extremely welcoming with its kind and friendly staff and offers a huge range of different yoga types, wellbeing facilities plus keep fit practices.

I'd definitely recommend soul fit! Really welcoming and friendly with wonderful instructors with a variety of classes in such a gorgeous environment. So grateful to have found it!
If there were a couple more studio yoga/pilates classes in the morning which finished in time for a 9am work start that would be amazing!

Genuine welcome by staff.Lovely vibe.Very clean.Beautiful yoga room with a huge window.Clean mats. and blankets, etc. Felt secure with coat hanging area. .Cafe food and drinks look yum,will definitely indulge with a friend
