Soulfit is not only a lovely place to come and exercise in, but a place that makes you feel so happy to come in to and go away from. It does sort of nourish you. You will always be glad you came along. There is a kind open and incredible community to be part of. The range of classes available is excellent as are the trainers. You can do strength or boxing then ensure you stretch with yoga. The owners Fiona and Gyles are special and lovely, always attentive with a dash of fun and they take time to ask how you are. It is a special soulful place with a heartfelt atmosphere. Everyone is welcome. When I do yoga I imagine I am in California! Thank you for creating SOUFIT.
