The staff and studio are both wonderful. I’m very glad I found this place and I would love anyone I know to also experience one of the classes too

I love the new environment, especially the yoga studio with the gorgeous big windows, new mats and bolsters. A wonderful, rejuvenating space that really welcomes one back. Thank you for continuing the warm, friendly ethos which you are so known for.
I enjoyed Sabrina's class this morning. I like to take an Ashtanga class, but don't do it very often, it was a refreshing thing to do on a Saturday. I've not done a class with Sabrina before but thought she was a great teacher, very calm and capable, which I appreciated.
