Warm welcome, clear instructions from attentive and experienced instructor, in gorgeous studio streaming with light. With a stage so you actually see the movement. Another big plus- the room smells divine (and not of feet!😳)
Perfectly pitched yoga class for the weekend. I always leave feeling more agile and relaxed.
I really enjoy Charlottes classes - they are a good challenge, but still fun!
