SoulFit is a great place! Really friendly, lots of classes to choose from, and makes getting fit an enjoyable experience!

It's a really, friendly, sunny place headed up by lovely Fiona.
I like that's it's not just yoga but plenty of strength training classes too. Great for someone of my age!
Soulfit offers are variety of classes at affordable prices. The location is central in Lewes (now) which seems to have brought in more people. I would still like to have a relaxing yoga class in the later afternoon on Friday like we had with Jazz ;)
