Soulfit is a beautifully kind and welcoming place with lovely people and excellent facilities.
Despite not being from the area I dropped in for a class when in Lewes for work and had a brilliant experience. The staff (Fiona and Charlotte) were fantastic and very welcoming to a newbie, as were the members, and I enjoyed the entire session which was explained well and had a good level of difficulty. The studio had a great atmosphere and I definitely hope to return the next time I'm in Lewes.

Attentiveness of staff, great class, friendly atmosphere
People were friendly, kind and warm. The studio was nice and the outside pace was calming. Yoga teacher Cherry was a great teacher.
