• As someone who struggles with being 'in the moment,' I never thought I could practice yoga successfully. Raffa yoga changed that, and changed my life, from the very first class. If you havent tried raffa, whether a newcomer to yoga or an experienced yogi, it's an absolute must! The teachers are wonderful, the environment is a peaceful oasis all it's own, and the community formed at raffa is truly a joy to be a part of!

• Excellent session with Julie Nardolillo who took deep tissue to another dimension, Thank you, my legs feel like I could run a marathon. The Urban Sweat area is also excellent for Pre or Post treatment detox.

• This was my first time at raffia yoga. My friend took me for my birthday. We had massages and spent the afternoon enjoying urban sweat. My massage with Julie was amazing. Truly one of the best I've had. She was professional and attentive. I was totally relaxed and able to enjoy an afternoon of urban sweat which was a real treat also. I wasn't sure about all the heat due to having asthma. I was very nervous about having breathing trouble. To my relief I had no issues at all, in fact I was breathing easier than when I started. Overall the day was a total treat. The staff was wonderful and the services exceptional. I live in CT so am not close enough to visit often but will definitely be back with my daughter(21)and son(20) soon. I think they'll love it. Thank you for a relaxing day!

• I was a little hesitant to try the bungee cord training class. Taking the class with Nel was awesome. He took the time to train us and did an excellent job. I would definitely take the class again.
