• My first experience with an anti gravity class was excellent, Our instructor explicitly guided our moves, while encouraging us to explore the full range of movement available through this routine. It was exhilarating while completely relaxing, Time was not an issue, I never once felt like I wanted it to end! I highly recommend this class!

• This was my first experience @ Raffa. From when I walked thru the door I was greeted with a warm smile. I was given a tour and everything was explained to me. Had a relaxing massage with Rachel and it was the best massage I have received in a long time! The Urban Sweat was quite an experience, and enjoyable. The locker room was spotless along with the shower area. There is nothing like this in Rhode Island so if you get a chance you should give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.

• I took Jen Moclair's Vinyasa Flow class and thought it was excellent. Classic Vinyasa Flow...and she thoughtfully offered lots of modifications which I really appreciated as I'm working with a rotator cuff injury and need to be careful. Jen was a wonderful instructor and I appreciate her knowledge.
