• I love the 101 class with Giana is the best! I've been going weekly for a few months and I've learned so much and have significant progress. I knew nothing at the first class but Giana is a great teacher with patience and a kind tone and has helped me progress steadily! I recommend this class to anyone who wants to start yoga or hasn't been in a while.

• When I come down from MA to visit my friend, it’s always a nice treat to come and take a class! I have been to a few over the years and always have a great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very clean and the classes never disappoint. A must try for sure!
