• This was just what I needed. I came in very stressed, anxious and feeling lousy and walked away feeling so much better both physically and mentally. My massage with Cicely was phenomal. She listened to my requests and made it a point to follow up that my target areas were worked on during and after the massage! The atmosphere is so relaxing and soothing. The other customers were respectful and quiet. The locker room was clean. I do wish a shower towel was part of the package in addition to the small towel provided as it would come in handy for those that forget or book last minute. The water dispensers seemed like they could be updated - and I wonder how often they are sanitized. I also wish there were more little side tables near each sauna to place reusable water bottles while you are in the sauna to avoid having to use the plastic cups that are offered at the water station. Those little things are just observations though - not at all deal breakers! Staff were very friendly and seemed willing to answer questions or assist in any way. I definitely can’t wait to go back!
