• I went with a small group for treatments and for Urban Sweat. We had the best day. I had an amazing massage done by Luis and everyone else I was with enjoyed their treatments too. Urban Sweat was relaxing and welcoming. So grateful for this place!

• Raffa Yoga consistently delivers....great atmosphere, exceptional instructors and variety of class offerings, but if you want to work hard, sweat, and still go home feeling completely relaxed, you have to try "The Practice" class...awesome!!

• Some classes are super crowded some are very small and intimate, what where the size the experience is always just what my body and mind need, the teachers are suburb and the atomosphere is serine, warm aka HOT and comforting!!! Namaste Donna
