• When I float, I reset my mind and body ...it's like an escape and relaxation because you let your mind and body relax in the salt tank. The spa is beautiful and lindsay and lisa are always so nice and helpful. I set up this day w my cousins so I could introduce them to the great benefits of floating and they totally enjoyed the experience.

• My friend from NJ told me about floating years ago. At first I thought it sounded odd but I was intrigued. At that time there were no spas in LI at all. I was so excited this past January when I passed by REST on Sunrise HIghway shortly after the crazy holiday season just passes. Since then, I've done 4 float sessions and each one has been amazing. I highly recommend the 90 minute session. It takes me awhile to settle in and relax & stretch out my body. Lots of thoughts run through my mind for awhile & then something happens where it's simply pure relaxation. I have RA & my aches & pains are relieved after floating. I also have the best nights sleep after a session. Rooms and pods are immaculate. Everyone should tryout floating. So happy this Spa opened up close to home. Maureen
