• That hour of time I take for myself in a space of total darkness, warmth, calm, and safety is priceless. Good things happen in a float session and while my body relishes the warm vulnerability of being in the water, the true benefit for me is that being there allows my mind to clear out some space for playful thoughts, instead of the clutter of stressful thoughts of our busy, everyday lives.

• Today I went for the first time and it was incredible. I’m married, I have four kids ranging in age from 4 (pre-K) to 14 (9th grade). I bartend in a high volume night club. There is always something happening and I’m always on the go. My wife gave me a gift certificate for a 90 minute float. There’s two choices, pod or private suite. I chose the suite and it was sweet. Lindsay runs the place, and greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door. She had me take off my shoes, put on their slides and took me to my suite. There’s a shower on one side and the float tank on the other. Lindsay explained exactly how it works and I was on my own. I took a brief shower (everything you need is provided) and stepped through the door in to the pool. I slid in and immediately felt my body become buoyant. There’s a light control and a volume control for the spa music. I turned up the volume and shut off the light. It took a minute or two to settle in, but I quickly began to relax. I focused on my breathing. The water is body temperature so I got to a point where I couldn’t tell where my body ended and the water started. I got into a dreamlike state. I slowly drifted side to side and back and forth. Complete comfort. After 90 minutes the lights came on and a soft voice instructed me the session had ended and to make my way out of the pool. I showered again, rinsing all the salt off me, dried and got dressed. Lindsay asked me how I liked it. I told her I loved it and I’ll be back very soon. I highly recommend this place.

• Hi there. My first ever float experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Lisa, a co-owner, was more than happy to answer every single question that I had. She made me feel comfortable, safe and relaxed. Their filtration system is absolutely top-notch, wich is of the utmost importance in float tanks - ask Lisa for more details on the type of system they use, etc. And lastly, the lobby decor is absolutely gorgeous - think Hawaii, Atlantis, teal, sand, wow! • I was a first time floater and looking for a remedy for migraines! Anything! I couldn't believe this works! I had a severe migraine and tensed neck and back muscles when I went in....to come out of the pod 90 minutes later with no migraine and no more tension was unbelievable! This is a miracle process and I highly recommend to anyone that suffers from headaches, tension and sore muscles. I've been telling everyone I know about it!
