• I was skeptical about how relaxing and mentally rejuvenating the float would end up being, however I came away wowed. It was exactly what I needed - ah hour away from the world and with just my thoughts. The pod is also large enough to accommodate people with very mild claustrophobia like myself. I felt free and comfortable to float however felt best to me. Highly recommended! My skin also happened to feel lovely afterward, so that's another perk hah!

• This was my first time having a float session in a sensory deprivation tank. The staff were incredibly friendly and clear in letting me know the steps to take before, during, and after the float session. For the actual experience of floating I don't feel like my experience should set any precedent or expectation of how one's float session should go, but I personally found my experience to be both incredibly relaxing and almost existential. I can describe it as, once I couldn't feel myself floating, and was in complete darkness, even in certain instances no longer heard myself breathing, I felt truly and completely relaxed, leaving all current stresses and thoughts to the back of mind and I felt completely outside of myself. Take that for what its worth but I know that everyone has different experiences. If you haven't tried it I would at the very least recommend you give it a shot, and if you're in the area R.E.S.T. Float Spa is a great place to try it.

• Clean, beautiful spa. Private pod/shower room is immaculate. Friendly, helpful staff and the float is amazing. It clears your mind, relaxes muscles and slows everything down till all you hear is your breathing. Loved it!
