• I wasn't sure how I would like floating to be honest. I thought my mind would race and I wouldn't be able to really relax. However, that was hardly the case. Floating at R.E.S.T. was totally blissful, especially being 8months pregnant. It took all of the pressure off of my joints and muscles, and I had the deepest sense of relaxation that I have ever experienced in a spa-like setting. I look forward to my next visit.

• I had the most amazing experience. I was nervous at first, not knowing what to expect and feeling I wouldn’t last in the pod for an hour. When I first got in , I closed the pod and shut off the light. At first , I was like no way am I going to be able to relax. After about 10 minutes of placing my hands in different positions , I allowed myself to just let go of all my anxiety and stress and just float. When the light came in , telling me my session was over , I thought they made a mistake, thinking I’ve only been in there for 15 minutes. When I looked at my phone , I couldn’t believe an hour had gone by. I felt amazing. It was so freeing. I can’t wait to go back. Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced.
