• I've had several floating sessions at R.E.S.T. and they have all been positive and restful experiences. I'm amazed how I can fall asleep while floating in water! And the relaxed feeling lingers when you leave. The owners are pleasant and accommodating and the spa is kept clean. Highly recommend it!

• The float experience was wonderful. When my wife and I were explained what to do and how to get comfortable, I went in first. The person who explained to us about the light and music, I thought said that the lights would turn off themselves but when they did not, I floated over and pressed the button. The almost total darkness was so restful. You really cannot help but float. They give you this roundish styrophome halo to put under your head but after a while I found that I didn't need it. The float was even more calming when I could do it all on my own. I highly recomment it to everyone. I will problably be back in a couple of months when the weather warms up.
