I joined Purenergy for the aerial yoga. I still love those classes, but I’ve also discovered a whole new world of fitness. I love the fact that Purenergy has cardio, strength, and a nice variety of yoga classes. The barre and boxing classes have made a huge difference in my confidence and strength. I’m so thankful for this studio and all the skilled and caring instructors.
