The variety of classes is excellent. ALL of the instructors are amazing - they are smart and know proper forms and techniques and they watch students (even via zoom) to make sure everyone is doing things right. Even the same class with the same instructor is different each time. The studio is great and has a beautiful yoga room. And the owner is super friendly and caring - she wants everyone to have a good experience. She has adjusted and adapted to this new world with tons of zoom classes, on demand classes AND live classes. And I don't feel any pressure to come to the studio. Purenergy is THE BEST!
