All the employees I've interacted with are gracious. The facilities are very nice. You guys helped me out with an emergency tampon, today! Your mobile app is a joy to interact with. I like that I can sort by "in person" and "zoom". They're not all mixed up and I can be confident I'll never accidentally sign up for the wrong format. And I can add my classes directly from the app to my Google calendar with your in-app features. I'm also proud PureEnergy was ahead of the curve in adapting to rapidly changing circumstances with the pandemic situation. You guys got some really harsh feedback on Facebook in the very beginning. Instead of doubling down by quoting government guidelines, you adapted by keeping your fingers on the pulse of how people were emotionally reacting to the fear. Subsequent announcements all showed that.

This is the first time I’ve taken full advantage of what is offered at Purenergy. There is a little bit of something for everyone. You can do all yoga or all work out or combination. There’s something for body mind and spirit. And someone behind the desk every day to smile and welcome you.
