I find great value in the classes that I take at Purenergy. As an older person, the Gentle Yoga and Gentle Strength classes fit the bill for me. The wide variety of classes and times support my needs but also appeal to my High School daughter. The staff and instructors are first rate. I could not be happier with my experience at Purenergy.
