I have been taking barre classes at Purenergy over the past year. The classes are well organized and the instructors are very good at making sure everyone is doing the movements correctly to get the maximum benefit of your workout. I am 60 years old and I am always concerned about joint injury. Barre classes at Purenergy have made me stronger so I can remain injury free! The studios are well maintained and clean. I highly recommend Purenergy Studio!
