The instructor, Sabrina, did a great job describing the poses over Zoom! The class - Core - covered all areas!

I was very nervous going for my first time, as I've only ever done Bikram yoga. Teacher was welcoming, and the people there were all kind. It was a great class! I look forward to trying more classes!
