Class felt comfortable with the pace, good atmosphere

Preety is the instructor for the 6:30am classes. She is a great yogi. Very disciplined and brings that discipline to her students. I'm impressed with her natural ability to make each position challenging and fun. She brings out the spirit to be your best.
Misty's classes are challenging and fun and I feel that I get a great work-out, even for someone in their 70's.
