Good facility. Early class availability. Good instructor.
Lindsay was such a good instructor and the class was a perfect balance between rest and movement and it was challenging but not too challenging. I'm sore today and it feels great ☺️
Even when there is a technical issue with Zoom, the teacher finds a work around. And Zoom is still the only way I can get to yoga.
Kambriana's class was awesome. It totally fits my yoga level. The studio is clean & quiet
