The class taught Saturday by Mary was really great. In addition to all of the yoga poses we moved through, there was also reading and meditation baked into the class.

I love the instructors and the peaceful and encouraging environment. It is a no judgement space but you are also encouraged to try new things within your limits and special attention is paid to any injuries, etc. Aerial yoga is my meditation, exercise (physically and emotionally) and my stress relief. I really appreciate having the studio so close
Misty is an amazing yoga instructor! Very enthusiastic and is excellent explaining yoga poses and how YOUR body adapts!
I always like Misty's classes. She breaks the poses down so that they are easy to follow. The classes are challenging without being too difficult.
It was tons of fun and the instructor was awesome.
