I attended the breathwork workshop with Michael and found the entire experience completely worthwhile and rewarding. Delivered with professionalism and a deep interest and care for all participants, I learnt how incredibly powerful the practice of Yoga can be for good health, fulfillment and discovering life purpose. I recommend One Big Heart to anyone wanting to try Yoga in a safe, supported space by Michael and Karl. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
