Alana was great with her instructions, it was a good positive vibe and I felt really comfortable. And it was a great workout.
Enjoyed my first 2 classes. On boarding was easy and comfortable
Need aircon or fan in the bathrooms as getting ready for work after class and bathroom was hot.
However, class was excellent.
The class was perfect! I felt extremely relaxed and happy. A great sense of community was so welcoming 🙏🏽😊
i feel a connection to self and relaxed afterwards. it’s a safe space away from the business of life and materialistic being. i also enjoy the teaching
