I was so relaxed after my yin classes. Both instructors were welcoming, friendly and most importantly helpful. The space is comfortable and I didn't feel claustrophobic.
I always feel such a warm calm vibe when entering the space. Staff are always very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer questions or provide guidance when required. Joining OBH has been the next step in my spiritual journey that has provided profound shifts spiritually, emotionally and physically. I am therefore eternally grateful to OBH for providing such a space and all that have played a part.
