I enjoyed the class and the friendly people in the room.
I've always loved the energy of the space at One Big Heart. It invites a sense of safety, peace and encouragement to push yourself beyond our own limitations. The teachers are great, the timetable is great and the facilities are great. OBH also has an incredible sense of community (if you want that) and also allows you to run your own race if you'd prefer to practice without too much interaction from others.
Was a great class and ticked off a new years resolution!
