It was an excellent class. challenging but not too far out of reach. and when I couldnt do the moves the instructor suggested he didnt come around and correct me and make me feel put on the spot, which I really appreciate bc im new to Yoga. The instructor also took time to learn my name and check in with everyone after class as they left. I felt very welcomed and not judged and like this place would give me lots of room to grow in my skills in a safe space. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

Great space, love the towels with essential oils and the class taught by Nic was great. He corrected my post when I needed it and praised me when my post was good..positive feedback from the instructor
