The atmosphere was perfect, heat, smell, overall ambience. The instructor was fabulous and the flow was perfect. Good music selection too
I had a great experience at the 200 Hour YTT. Nic and Jess are very knowledgeable and great teachers. They guide you all the way until you can teach a class on your own. I would highly recommend this training to anyone who is wanting to teach and looking to deepen their practice.
