Instructors are great. Keshia is awesome and puts on a great class! Instructor the day prior to her was great as well. Nice clean studio with good mojo!!

Because my husband and I love going together and learning and growing together. Yoga is a beautiful way to heal from all the stresses that are thrown at us on a daily basis. The instructors are amazing and each uniquely gifted. Yoga is a blessing in our lives.
