instructor was SO nice and friendly and the environment was welcoming! the actual classroom was wonderful- i loved the heated room and candles and the flow. difficult, but easily modified.
I LOVED the instructor and the class itself! She was uplifting! The class was a perfect mixture of strength and flexibility! The actual studio was clean and very inviting
