The atmosphere was welcoming and non intimidating.
I absolutely love everything about Mindpose. The yoga instructors are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. One said the other day, it's yoga practice not yoga perfect. That made me feel that I really could keep coming to class and feel welcomed and not judged. The room is inviting, day or night. It's warm enough for hot yoga but not too hot, to where I can't breath the moment I walk in. It smells refreshing, and smells are a big deal to me. They have created a atmosphere, where you can truly leave your troubles at the door and somehow resolve them before you leave!!!
The class was great- it was an awesome workout. Nic was a great instructor and I appreciated that he knew my name even though I hadn't been there for months.
The teacher was amazing! The facility was clean and beautiful.
Crystal's classes are a huge help after a long week of stress allowing for a strong recovery during the weekend
