Clean place, Nic was extremely nice and VERY good at instructing and running the class.
Have tried other Yoga facilities and by far Mindpose Yoga is among the best. Felt welcome on my first day attending. Great facilities. Friendly staff. And most of all, Lyndsey is one of the best Yoga Instructors I've had. She understands the movements and guides you through them so effortlessly.
It's always a positive experience and good energy at Mindpose.
The studio is beautiful and I love the details like the aromatherapy and the cold rag at the end. I also loved the flow and thought the teacher was sweet
