The studio is beautiful and I love the details like the aromatherapy and the cold rag at the end. I also loved the flow and thought the teacher was sweet
Excellent class. Just what I needed.
I've now been to 2 classes & had different instructors. I loved them both. I'm newer to yoga so I love the reminder of when to breath with each posture. I love when modifications are explained too. Plus it's a great atmosphere!!!
