Love this studio. Feels comfortable as a new practitioner and meditative. Great diversity in classes and all the instructors are so good.
The Instructor was very welcoming and took time to show me around the space before class. She ran the class so smoothly and helped me feel safe and grounded. I got a great sweat going and was able to take breaks when I needed to. The whole experience left me feeling invigorated. I'll definitely be coming back!
