My instructor was knowledgeable, personable, kind, patient, and very encouraging. I'm recovering from a leg injury, impaired balance, pain, lack of strength and flexibility. She gave me many options to adjust my poses to accommodate my limitations. I also gave you a high rating because of the numerous props, pillows, blankets, etc, that you have available for your clients. I like your yoga room, its size, the windows, the light, and relaxing music. I particularly love the personal touch of providing each of us with the scented cool, cloth for our faces at the end of practice.

I have some real concerns about cleanliness, though. The room where instructors store the towels has a VERY strong mildew smell that I sometimes pick up on the aromatherapy towels as well. It’s so bad I can’t place my mat towards the back of the room because I can smell it all through class and especially when the teacher opens the door at the end.
Could you also provide wipes for the shared equipment like blocks and straps?
And finally not all instructors run the dry mop before class, so there is so much stray hair even in the 5:30 am classes.
