Sometimes the music is too loud and it's hard to hear the instructor. The music is great, so maybe the instructor needs wireless mic?
I had a great experience! The instructor was excellent, there was plenty of space to move around, and the ambience with the dim light was really nice. I also loved the smell of the cold rags provided at the end. It would have been useful to have also been provided a dry rag to dry the mat.
Chelsea is a great teacher and was very helpful to me from the beginning. She learned that I am an amateur, she made sure I knew that I had everything I needed before the class started and during the class she set the intentions of doing your best without comparison to others is the goal. I'm pretty hard on myself and very competitive by nature and I was able to leave that at the door and felt good for a change to be happy with simply completing as much as I was able to in the more advanced fusion class☺️ thanks for a great yoga session 🙌🏼
