It was great! The instructor was thoughtful and made sure everyone was doing well and it was a great exercise
Love this place! Each yoga teacher has the sweetest disposition and begins each class with a wonderful intention. The setting is perfect, and the flows are a wonderful challenge. Nothing but good vibes!
