Great studio and great teachers. Just wish you would put a location back in Saratoga Springs too
Last night was my first class and I the the deep stretch was a great introduction. The atmosphere was such a good vibe. The instructors voice was calm and soothing. I went with my GF who's been going to you for a few years. Great facility.

Deb was a wonderful teacher! I loved the space, she was so welcoming, and loved the special touch of the cold towel at the end!
Mindpose is the best studio around, hands down! All of their instructors are top notch & the studio has the best vibes. Always clean & perfectly heated!! A+++
