I love KHY I have not been in a while and going the this week reminds me I need to go every week.
I enjoy my experience so much! The instructors, facility and other customers are top notch! It has changed my life to have a place to explore my practice with such a strong community!

It is such a pleasant experience to practice with other yogis in such an authentic space. You can't fake the energy in the room. The gathering of energy and intention at the start of each practice and making it 'mine', the building of determination as I wrestle with weariness, doubt, and a slippery mat. That internal dialogue of how high I want to take my heart rate, forgiving myself for listing to my body and not going past my edge for that practice. Learning to pay attention to what bubbles up thru the effort. Knowing at the conclusion of practice I can rest in the satisfaction of at 'in that hour I did enough'. Then taking the findings with me out the door.
It’s a community of friendly people. Going is always a highlight of my day.
